How This Program Works:
1. Run KMSELDI.exe
1.1. Check Products Installed.
1.2. Convert Retail to VL if it is Necessary.
1.3. If it found a non-permanent product it will converted. (Hacktivators based in modified dll's ARE NOT PERMANENT) (MAK or OEM keys are the only ones PERMANENT)
1.4. Create a random service kms emulator in memory.
1,5. Activate for 180 days all VL products installed against the emulator.
1.6. Close the emulator and KMSELDI.
2.0. Install Service KMSELDI
2.1. Every windows start or every 24 hours reactivate the service for 180 days (reset the count) with a random kms emulator.
2.2. Close the emulator.
3. KMSELDI + Service KMSELDI = "permanent".

Dadidownload.com - Blacklist's release in Europe and the majority of international territories came and went on Thursday - but none of the players with complaints on /r/Games, Steam Community or Ubi's forums have reported replies to support tickets sent to Steam or uPlay.

"What infuriates me is the lack of communication on Valve's part despite the large number of people affected by this," wrote UAE resident AJax7. "Three days later and we still have no idea what's the reason for this delay. At least some Ubisoft mods have responded and said they're looking into it."

Players with pre-orders in affected territories visited the game's Steam store page after install and clicked to 'Play' - but were met with a 'pre-load complete' message instead.

It's unfortunately not a solution to buy Blacklist directly from uPlay and bypass the problem entirely - Ubisoft's service will still talk to Steam on launch, dredging up that unwelcome 'pre-load complete' screen from the deep and scuppering any hope of playing.

Blacklist's final official release date seems to be Japan's, on September 5.
